Refund Policy

General Policy

For coaching and training services, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis for unused sessions.

Subscriptions / Packages

Prepaid packages can be refunded for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been consumed. After sessions begin, refunds are prorated at our discretion.
